Kääntöpöytä
Kääntöpöytä on Pasilan ratapihalla sijaitseva yhteisöviljelmä, kestävän ruoantuotannon ja kaupunkisuunnittelun laboratorio sekä vertaisoppimisen ja kaupunkikulttuurin keskus.
Pasilan ratapiha on ollut ympäristöjärjestö Dodo ry:n kaupunkiviljelyn alkupiste jo vuodesta 2009, jolloin ensimmäinen kaupunkikasvimaa perustettiin. Vuonna 2012 perustettu Kääntöpöytä toimii sekä kaupunkiviljelyn kokeilukenttänä että oppimisen ja inspiraation lähteenä. Kääntöpöydällä järjestetään talkoita, työpajoja, nautiskellaan auringosta ja omaehtoisista yleisötapahtumista, opitaan luomuviljelystä ja viedään kasvun siemen muuallekin kaupunkiin.

Urban Dinner - Kääntöpöytä / Turntable
Tervetuloa Urban Dinner -tapahtumaan 16. kesäkuuta. Valmistamme yhdessä vegaanisen illallisen hävikistä ja teemme kombuchaa! Kesäkaudella keräämme myös omaa satoa ja talkoilemme Kääntöpöydällä! Illallisen jälkeen kuulemme Kääntöpöydästä ja kesän tapahtumista.
Toivomme että kaikki vieraat tutustuvat Dodon Turvallisemman tilan periaatteisiin ennen osallistumista! (linkki biossa)
Aikataulu:
17-19 Ruuanlaittoa ja kombuchan valmistusta (tuo purkki mukanasi, jos haluat scobyn kotiin!)
19-20 Illallinen
20-20.45 Kääntöpöydän kaupunkiviljelykeskus ja kesän tapahtumat
20.45 Lautasten vienti keittiöön/tiskaus/hävikin jakaminen

Welcome to the Urban Dinner event on 16th of June! We will prepare a vegan dinner together from waste food and make kombucha! During summer season it’s also possible to work in the garden, harvesting and planting! After the dinner you’ll get to know about Urban Gardening Center Turntable and its summer events.
We wish that all participants get familiar with Dodo’s safer space principles before the event! (Link in bio)

Chiara ja Rene on helsinkiläinen akustinen duo, joka esittää Ella Fitzgeraldin ja Sarah Vaughanin kaltaisten artistien suuren lauluperinteen jazz-standardeja yhdistettynä Olivia Deanin moderniin ja sielukkaaseen soundiin. Heidän musiikkinsa yhdistää intiimejä jazz-sovituksia nykyaikaisiin vaikutteisiin luoden lämpimän ja rennon tunnelman.

It`s a pleasure to introduce this year`s Urban Action Day artists. On Saturday evening, May 23rd, we will be hearing Chiara Orlandi & Rene Willman Duo!
Chiara and Rene are an acoustic duo based in Helsinki, they will perform jazz standards from the great vocal tradition of artists like Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan, mixed with the modern and soulful sound of Olivia Dean. Their music combines intimate jazz arrangements with contemporary influences, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
